Centerpointe celebrated it’s first Filipino American Heritage Month with a vibrant luncheon held on October 18th, 2025.

In partnership with the Asian & Pacific Islander Student Center (APISC) and student organization Barkada, the event showcased the richness of Filipino culture through food, music, and community. Barkada elevated the event with a cultural dance performance that added excitement and authenticity to the afternoon.

Guests were treated to a menu featuring favorites like beef caldereta, kilawin, lechon kiwali and turon.
